Whenever I see your status change being offline to online. I just stare at it, debating if I should even message you. I wonder if you think about messaging me. I’m trying to stay committed to my vow, of cutting off attachments - but it’s the “what-ifs” that gets to me.

What if I made the effort, will he be interested in me?
What if I waited long enough, will he realize I’m waiting for him?

What if… I really stopped caring about these stupid guys and started acting like what people have told me: “Dom you’re a great guy, and someday a guy is gonna be really lucky to be with you”.
